One second they're in 'ride-or-die best friend' mode, the next second the boss walks in and they instantly flip to 'steady, reliable model employee' mode -- even the sheen and curvature of their face subtly adjusts. You thought you made a friend who truly gets you? Wake up. You just happened to meet a high-performance, expertly disguised android.
